In my previous post I mentioned that I printed my first Nerf gun! I ended up posting it on Etsy and immediately got an order for four of them.
I wanted to mention the modification I made to it that made it work way better.
The original design used a piece of left over filament as a spring mechanism for the trigger. I found that this didn't work very well. Instead I printed a plastic spring and inserted into the slot. It worked really well, better then I would of expected.
The next modification I need to make is to add a rod to hold the nerf dart in place. As is the dart will fall out of the barrel too easily.
